A lot of guys are putting down the power for a 10 second car. Something over 550lbs of torque could do it. I mean for real now, stock turbo guys can land 11 second cars, why would not a TD05 / 2530 kit running some 580rwhp and 570TQ ( avg. ) not be able to run a time constant to it's power ratio. I'm sure once more people get better at driving there car's and are willing to commit the car to more than normal kinds of punishments, the 10 second barrier will be more common. But for Auto guys, it takes bucks to build a tranny that can take a high stall launch and all the other right components. Manual types, well we can all see the gears suck for racing in a long term affect. So I would think some kinda of racing synchros or something stronger than stock, if you don't want to pull the tranny every 3 to 4 months if not sooner depending on amount of racing you do. But the motors are strong and can handle a lot of power.
