Message	It depends a lot on driver and traction (as with almost any car actually). We have a few people who have done it on STOCK turbos with drag tires and great driving (without Nitrous). However, it takes the average person at the very least some sort of upgraded turbos and usually what's considered Stage 6 or more (basically intake, exhaust, chip, boost controller, intercoolers, upgraded turbos, possibly injectors, drag tires, etc). Even then, some might not hit it if they don't hold traction or can't drive.
