Message Bad news, I haven't found anything to get the stink out 'immediately'.
Want some more bad news? My guess is that isn't the only 'home' the mice built. You're gonna have a to do a very detailed once over.
Tip:put moth balls in yer car when you store it. It stinks, but at least you can remove the t-tops and air it out, that smell goes away.

Had my winter beater stored, and when I took her out, something smelled rancid.
After looking around, I opened the glove box....big nest in there, plus a PUDDLE of mouse piss in the corner......thats a lot of piss.
The center console, a small nest and lots of droppings.
Pulled the rear inside panels off, a big nest on the psg side. Gross horrible smell.
Did the obvious, cleaned and vacuumed. I then put a small amount of bleach in a bucket of scalding hot water and wiped the glove box, and anything that was not visible when properly placed (in case of stain).
After that, another bucket of boiling water and detergent...wiped EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER.
Another vaccuum, this time using some carpet deodorizer.
I also used smoe air freshners, and odor eaters placed randomly throughout the car.
After a few days of windows down and airing it out, it became tolerable.
Then I used the usual products to clean the leather, and dash. I used some of that scented windex, which helped a bit.

You might want to get a steam cleaner, or carpet cleaner in there. Its the mouse piss that makes the smell, and chances are if it smells that bad and you don't find a reservoir of piss yet, then you best search a little harder cause its in there.

A few weeks later and mine still smells. (I spent a WHOLE day cleaning the thing). Now it just smells a bit like a farm. It gets fainter with each day. Wish I had put moth balls in there.
I always feel dirty after driving it too. *ick*
