Message think about it, even if you can'y fix it, you'll still be able to sell the complete clip for somebody that wants a conversion for at least 2,500-3000. than rims,lights,etc,etc. or go out buy, t-tops,fenders,hood,quarter panel,back latch, all the windows, maybe even a dash since this one might be cut up, if you can do the work great, as long as there's not frame damage...if it is fixable, get a complete kit, fenders hood,etc and you'll end up with a phat ass tt w/low mileage for a total of no more than 12k(that's my guess incl. the car, but where else will you find a tt w/44k miles all kitted up for 12k)...good luck
for 2k you can't lose either way..
