Message	all this info is in my post below. i think i got this link from a search that i did, and you were giving this link to beaz about the arley guy. thanks for all your help. the reason i'm posting, even though i called the cops in sac n filed that complaint w/ifcc, is because i'm trying to speed things up because the ifcc said it'll take up to a month just to read it and i'm looking for any other suggestions. i don't want them to catch him after he wasted the money, for all i know he's a deadbeat. should i call their cops again and just flat out claim theft/fraud and hope a diff. cop picks up?
