Message	bandwidth sharing on a dsl connection is completely dependent on how the atm network handles packets. in a bit-rate-specific atm network, you do NOT share bandwidth. -Chris tons of people, tons of djs, tons of drugs. just my type of scene. get out the glowsticks, baby. find out what kind party you belong at @ tara's website.
