I mean look at it, well not you, you've seen it. But looks like fender bender with some broken parts. Get a WW or stock front end, headlight, fog light, center panel, little body work on the door, paint to match and your back on the road. That and a drivers rim or so. But really, that's over $10,000. Was the frame bent or something that we can't see from those pictures? I mean, no glass broken, even drivers window ( hit side ). If the car is totaled, then they take it right? Man do like old boy above me said, buy it back after settlement. That car looks easy fix from the picture at least. Important thing is your ok and nothing happen to you or those you can't replace. :) Good luck bro.
