I'm getting quite weary of constantly hearing the tt.net clones say, "get b&b." The ones that say this without ever testing more than one exhaust. The ones that have ONLY had a b&b and continue to rattle on about how other exhausts are inferior without ever sampling them. You can recognize them by their bullshit claims: They first claim that the b&b is better quality...well they are wrong...they are both ALL stainless. No gain there. The Hiper is lighter, score one. In addition, it has the smallest bend angle of any prefab exhaust for the Z. So, in theory it does flow better. Next, they say that the hiper is ugly. Well, that is really not true. Aesthetic judgements are for the most part subjective. I prefer the agressive look of the hiper to any other. Many others do as well. I think the b&b quad tips are ugly, not to mention the hideous welds. But, I don't waste my time cracking on it. So don't crack on the hiper. Lastly, they say that the hiper is cheap. In monetary terms, yes it is. But relatively speaking, we could just say that the b&b is ridiculously overpriced, couldn't we? Who would pay three times...yes almost three times as much for an exhaust that doesn't flow as well, is heavier, and has absolutely no evidence of being better quality? In conclusion, it all comes down to what you like aesthetically. If you want to pay 3 times more because you like the looks of the b&b, by all means do it. It's your money. I, on the other hand, will stick with my hiper. For roughly $550 i get the best flowing z exhaust with the looks AND power I want for an undeniably great price....it cannot be beat. And, after all, it has been dyno proven. So, clones......the buzz words are now..."get hks"
