If I where you, I would have personally gone there by now, because just showing up out of the blue will get you a face to face resolve or to reach some kinda of end to your problem. Sure this is not the way it should be done, but in your case vise others who are clearly out of state with a greater feeling of hopelessness, you can just drive South and met the maker. One would have to question all the problems over the years with certain turbo rebuilds and the problems that many Z owners encountered from certain shops. Given that you have $6000 to spend there are members/shops who are on here daily that aren't so hidden from the spot light like DSP. Can't remember the last time I seen Gyro on here ( unless I look it up ). After seeing time and time again post of problems from rebuilders on here, I think I'd go with someone that will post all the info you need on here so that your purchase is backed with everyone knowing about it and once a deal goes bad such as this, that's the end of that shop's business on here and trust me, a lot of people on here are on many other forums as well. So word spreads, but I say your best bet is to take a drive, on a week day if you can, out of the blue. Good luck bro :)
STAGE V++++ Going to XIII and beyond :) |
