I feathered the lip smooth, but mainly concentrated on removing material from the plate retainer, as that freed the most crossflow area. I have a pic, but it sucks pretty bad. I was hoping someone had figured how to use a larger plate, and bore out evenly enough to use it, otherwise the TB will still only flow as much as it's most constrictive part, in both our cases the stock mm at the mating surface of the plate
 There's actually more material removed than it looks like in that pic, but you can see how it dips, and then curves up towards the sides
