| Ok i loose traction in 3rd gear so im upgrading my rear tires to the widest stickyest i can find. Treadlife is a consideration but traction is my number one requirement. I thought about drag radials but i want some decent cornering so im thinking a R-compound autocross tire. That way i get the traction i want with a stiff tire sidewall. Currently im looking at the 255 50 16 Toyo Proxes RA-1 135$ and the 265 45 16 Kumho V700 Victoracer for 130$ I think i may be pushing the limit with the 265s on stock 8.5in TTrims but i want the widest contact patch possible. Think i can run the 265s without poping the bead off going around corners?
