the handling. sure it may be 50/50. but the rotary sits pretty low while the LS1/6 is pretty bulky and sits high. Its like having more weight towards the top of the car instead of closer to the ground. Looks to me, just like a 20B conversion, the trans will have to be moved back some to compensate for the longer motor. The shifter maybe back a few inches. And the car would DEFINITELY need a rear end replacement. RX-7 rears are very weak. Ive seen 4 of em bust at the track and that car puts out a 1/2 the torque of a V8. If you got the money and you want that, thats cool. IMO, I wouldnt do it. ALot of money, couldnt get used to the V8 sound either and despite all the views on rotarys it still is the heart and soul of Mazda and the RX-7.
