Message	selling computers no less - and we heard that story at least 3 or 4 times a day. The one reason I was successful at Circuit City is because I knew what I was talking about (when it came to computers anyways). I could never get over the BS that Best Buy customers would come in believing. One guy came in believing that the computer wouldn't work without a UPS. I'm sure there are horror stories for Circuit City as well - but in the 2 stores that I worked in we had BB defectors every day. The only thing I'll ever buy at Best Buy is DVDs when they are on sale. "And Shepherds we shall be, for Thee my Lord, for Thee.
