Let's recap: 1) You went in there having done absolutely no homework on purchasing a computer.2)You went in a chain store during the holidays and relied on a bunch of college kids to tell you what you need. 3)Your main focus was to keep the price at an absolute minmum, which is always a bad idea when you don't do any research and rely on others for information. You set yourself up for a bad experience from the beginning. I'm not saying you deserved what you got but taking the route you took it was never going to be the euphoric computer buying experience of your dreams. Being an informed customer is your most powerful weapon. You were just asking to be taken for a ride.
