Message	Here in NY, the first really bad snow storm hit tonight. My friend just got hit in his brand new pickup. Although the accident was not his falt, he had been drinking, a lot. Long story short, he left the scene, not wanting a DUI. Although the damage was substantial to both vehicles, no one was injured. I am hoping someone here could shed some light on the potential consquenses... leaving the scene of an accident.. etc. Is anyone here familular with the laws in NY? TIA...
