Message	anymore. As soon as he disputes it, the paypal fairies take it from you. This guy wants to play, he's made that very evident in his emails to me. Honestly, if the guy asked for his money back, say, a week ago - I would have give it to him minus the shipping fees. However, I had to go to him to find out where the OEM was and he then informed me about his desire to send it back for a refund. Sorry, the way I see it, if he jerked around with the IRS like this, he'd be behind bars. I'm simply doing him a favor by giving him the option to send back the original without any further penalties. I'm flexible with situations, but only to a certain degree. He compounded all of this by taking a cavalier attitude towards me, tossing it around like a joke - adding insult to injury. That's where I draw the line.
