I can see how you read into that...but I had planned on posting this in a reply to Chip's email about the GB. I didn't because I was sure SOMEONE would read into it thinking I was criticizing the kit or something. LOL turns out it happened anyway. I'd like to know because I haven't done the research into it...their site only shows a brief example of the way some calipers are used (hence go-kart operation, track only, hot rods, etc). I may be working on something to actually get a kit from multiple manufacturers and run a test specifically on Zs since that hasn't been done yet. And Chips deal is too good to pass up (sometimes I wonder about him ;). And since you mentioned it, they actually have done 3 or 4 completely independant scientific reviews of multiple kits on the exact same cars (one in Car and Driver, another in Motor Trend and I think Sports Car too) with the StopTech kit, Alcon, Brembo, AP, and Wilwood and the StopTech won 3 of the 4 and came in second on one of them :) Of course, that was only front kits and I think they shine in finding the perfect front only kit. As a combo with rears I have no idea and the Wilwood seems to be the best bet!
