I really like the bomex type 1 wing, it is agressive looking, and obviously not stock yet still fairly conservative, and not many people have it. You can get it from these 2 places for about 305 bucks.

 And then the kaminari is nice too, you can give it a completely different look by either painting or not painting the under section black, I like it painted black.
 And then there is always the j-spec spoiler that is becoming more popular... and if you want to be original there are all kinds of unique japanese spoilers you can import, like this abflug one for instance.
 There are all kinds of options, but I think going with a more conservative spolier is probally the best idea because they flow with the lines of the car better, they are less obtrusive to rear vision and they are better for resale as larger spoilers are hated by most z'ers.
