: : 6. Mike Menhert should drive the car.: : Proably so, but I am an ok driver as well. I have won lots of money braket racing and have driven 10-11 second cars before(my mustang) so I think I do ok. The car is set up for road racing and has a really light, low enertia, light switch engaging clutch so I don't think even Mike could drive it much faster in the 60 foot. I also ran Drag Radials not slicks. I think the car might not run better than low 12's unless I get a carbon clutch and retune the suspension for drag racing but I expect the MPH to be much better the next time I go to the track. : Hahaha. I had made a joke about that. Thought I'd tell you my experience. The first few times I took my car to the track after putting down 560ish rwhp, the trap speeds would go from 122mph to 129mph depending on the runs. Seems like if I didn't have a good launch and nice crisp shifts, the traps were just crappy. I know people say that the trap speeds are always same no matter how bad a launch, but I found that to be not always true once my car started putting down decent power. : Also, from all the time I have spent at the track, I think Mehnert is a much better driver than he gets the credit for. He can drive my car any time he wants :-). : Zo I heard he went a second faster in your car than it ever went before or something? Mike
