Message	about what is or isn't JSpec. The 99's DONT have a rear valance (least not anything differnet from our own) and only the 99 2+2 had the side skirts, the coupes did not. As for finding it funny that someones car was hit, I hope you laugh your ass off when you're standing still and someone whacks yours... I know I will. They did much more to that car then just HP mods, quality takes time, and time is money. I don't think 3 years is unreasonable for this scale of a project.
