Not an expert by any means, but the dry systems, like you said, deliver the fuel directly to each cylinder w/ the injectors. Also, the JWT system uses the ECU which I believe retards the timing with the NOS hits to get the spark right.. One pro to the wet system, though, is the fuel + nos through the intake has a much better cooling effect - similiar to the wet foggers they run on carbs.. cools that plenum a little bit more.
