I have two Kenwood 921 amps behind mine. Air can easily flow behind the seat and do it's job. So for that Amp, do like I did mine and mount it so the Speaker connections are facing down and you can run them threw that cardboard back the Amp is mounted on. Simply lean the seat forward to make any adjustments in sound on the face of the Amp and not sure if the gains, and Oms switch, etc., is on the opposite side of the speakers outlets, so that you could adjust those as well from top. Because I see the EQ settings are on the top of the Amp. With the seat back, your not going to see that Amp. But make sure that the seat is not all the way back touching the Amp. It will scorch the leather.
