Message Xtant amp. They think that the amp has knobs to turn and buttons to push like all the other amps out there… but not an xtant.
Xtant is made by Mitek in Phoenix, Arizona; it is the highest line of amps and subs made by them. (You might know the lower line MTX). The amps have some futures no other amps have in the world, and the reason why the setup is so less distortion is caused by longer wires and connections to get everything to a damn switch. Instead the ‘switch’ is the sir cued itself (so be careful). I don’t know your amp but I will show you some stuff about mine.
This is what the 603 looks like!

This is your on and off switch, make shure that before you do anything on the amp you turn it off...

Circles:
Red: controls how much power to give to each channel.
Yellow: controls which channels work (here is probably your problem).
Orange: control for the output channels.
Green: control static, bass, high, low, ext...
Blue: are add on modules for all kinds of microchips you can get for the amp and increase power (not that you want to really but it’s nice to have)
Green and red: more controls like green but you have to have special equipment for them, I don’t recommend using them unless you like in Phx, AZ, and have Mitek do it for you.

Square:
I’m listing this because it’s not marked on the amp and it could be your problem too.
Red: input for channel 1 and 2.
Yellow: input for channel 3 and 4 and also the optional channel witch I'm using for a mono channel.
Green: output channels.

hope that helps a little...
