Subject	How big an amp can I fit under the passenger seat?

Message	Has anyone tried fitting their stereo amp under the passenger seat? There are so few good places to put one without raising the trunk floor. The amp I'm consdering is reasonably small: The Audison LRx 5.600 is: 6.93" x 2.2" x 17.52" [ http://www.audioreps.com/lrx5.htm ]
