For the past few weeks Chris from Power Supply and I have been bouncing some ideas back and forth about making some manifolds that fit stock style turbos (and I can make a flange that will fit anything else, too) I have some CNC machines at my disposal and my dad and I wrote a program to make the flanges to bolt up to the engine. The program is nearly done and I finally made some chips fly for the first time this weekend on a finished part. This one is made of steel, but stainless will be used on the finished product. I figure that I'll pump a few of these things out to test out some manifold designs. Right now the outside edge of that piece has some chatter marks from the piece vibrating, but I took another pass for the ports to make them perfectly smooth. Please note that my digital camera isn't working so I tried to scan the flange in my scanner and took a couple of pics with a webcam, so the pics aren't too good.
