Message not mine. if a manufacturer wants to cover an item after the warranty period, it's up to them. i asked them to cover it, but i guess to no avail. if it were up to me, i'd fix it for you... but unfortunately, it's not. did you contact the sales manager and managing director like i suggested?

i would suggest trying to redo the entire install before u ship it back. there may have been a slip-up somewhere... it's not the easiest install in the world (not the hardest either, but time consuming and many mistakes can be made if you aren't careful). i've had four or five other people think they had a faulty unit, send it all the way back to england only to have them test out just fine.
