Subject	$1500 race...Z TT vs. LS VTEC Turbo

Message	I am going to race someone for $1500, if you guys approve. I am a farily good driver, I hit low 13's with just intake and exhaust. I am planning on getting a Greddy BCC (Boost Cut Controller) and HKS EVC EZ to boost around 20psi on stock turbos and stock intercoolers. I am also getting a NOS kit for this race. I also have a Clutch Masters Stage IV ceramic clutch. During this relitively high boost (for stock turbos and IC's that is) I plan on running it on race gas with colder plugs, PFR6B-11C. I can also get someone to invest in some DOT's for this race. What do you think that can do against an Integra with LS VTEC (B18A block with B18C head) and turbo? I have seen a GSR (B18C) with turbo in a 92-95 hatchback running 11's. Can anyone estimate what i could run? or does anyone think this is a for sure race?
