Message	I'd go with Bill on this one and say a tire was low on air. I think you probably have a good chance of getting it thrown out. Especially if you also explain the difference in the two surfaces. Hell, they recently repaved and repainted the road outside my subdivision, and even my beater loses traction on the big white line at this one stop sign, so I know how easy it is for your tires to squeal when on a smooth surface.
