Message	I would also say that your tires were low on air. My friends new pathfinder tires would squeel if they were even minisculey underinflated. It depends on the tires, the car etc etc. No way would this ticket hold up. Unsafe start? Never even heard of that. Also, in order to START, you have to STOP. (just incase he says something rolling start) Honestly, I don't know if anyone would care, but I think some residents would be really pissed if they knew that tax dollars would be going towards stupid things like that!!! What a waste of money, and court time too. Officer Ball Licker is right. Atleast the community can rest easy now that there are no more 'law breakers' on their streets.
