Message	If you want someone who actually responds to you. Gives you updates on your order and spends time to find what you need. He doesn't quite fit the standard of taking your money, causing your car to be disabled because you don't have a shifter or any gauges to see how fast you are going. Hmm maybe there is something to true customer service I am sure there those who don't have a clue what that is. Kuah has been really good to me as well :-)
