Message All my stuff used hangers because I was coating all the way around. The kit comes with a roll of wire. I like hanging it also because you can clip the electrical clip to the wire instead of the part. You can set stuff directly on the rack or cookie sheet if you want, as long as that side touching doesn't have the coating on it. YOu can also use the plugs they give you as base points to set stuff on if you wish. When you put it in the oven it's a powder. In the first 5 min it glazes over to a liquid. The nice thing is if you mess it up before you cook it, you just blow the powder off and redo it. This is how you clean everything as well. NO water, just air.
