I'm a drummer myself and cat out of the bag is this other hobby I've been posting on here from time to time. I've spent $6500 since July on a full custom Jet Black Pearl kit. I ordered it straight from Pearl themselves with special ordered size drums threw out the 16 drums ( double bass ), also I ordered 12 brand new straight from Zildjian themselves ( A and A Custom ) Cymbals, all in brilliant finish. All top of the line shit. This is a life long dream to have and it should all be here end of this month. I'll post pic's with the Z once it here and set up. I've been setting up it's place in the garage with all new dry wall, painted, track lighting above with different colored lights etc. Drums are not cheap as one may know, they go into the thousands fast. I went after all the top notch stuff, like Pearl drums. Zildjian cymbals, DW 5000 AD bass pedals etc. But anyway, I've followed drummers for all my life in music. Neil has always been the Master. Some have come after sure, but there style is different and technical riffs aren't the same from drummer to drummer....... :)
