Message	if you paid via wire and are out of state contact the FBI, wire fraud is a federal offense. If you paid via money order - post office, again I believe mail fraud is also a federal offense. If you're in the state/country, you could file a suit in small claims court. Those are probably your best options. IMHO, getting a lawyer is a waste since any lawyer worth his salt is going to charge you at least $200/hr so go straight to the feds if you can't get it worked out. Of course, the first option is to contact him directly and try to work it out - I believe he posts often and has his email address posted as well (don't know if it works). Best of luck and hopefully it won't resort to you having to press charges. sorry. I'm not a smurf pimp any more.
