Message	Its his responsibility to prove you got it, not yours. If he just has a tracking #, with no sig required, they still have to put an address. Ask him for a proof of delivery from the post office, the guy should give you a piece of paper with your address on it showing it was delivered and at what time. Tell the guy to contact the post office, and let him know nicely that he fucked up. BTW>> i get a lot of people who claim they returned this or that, and when i ask for proof they dissappear, so try that first.
