Message	Unless his contract was worded very strictly, the buyer can get out very easily. all he has to do is find a flaw in the condition of the car and a small claims court would award him his deposit back (plus fees!). I'm sure the car has a ding or paintchip somewhere that would require additional money to fix. Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
