The person who was hit, insurance company would not cover because they were at an ORganized Speed Competition Event. Some of these organizations tell you that your basic car insurance should cover you, however, it actually doesn't.
Give your insurance company a call and tell them you are going to a organized driving school on a race track and ask them if your vehicle is coverd....Then let us know how long it takes them to cancel your policy.
