With the amp driving two speakers and the sub, (and the head unit pushing the back speakers?) it should sound find. From my experience, which is mostly through friends, Profile makes a pretty good amp for the money. Especially for the type of application you're talking about. sounds to me like you've got everything except the amp, and you shouldn't need to spend more than $150 or $200 on that, I would think. If you do the installs yourself, it'll all be pretty economical. : I went all out when i designed the sound system in my Z, but now I am looking to do something basic in my 240SX Daily Driver. : It has existing Clarion 4x6's that need to be rewired, as well as a new JVC Head Unit (Bleh, but it came brand new in the box with the car) : My goal is this...design a simple and effective sounding system for as little $$$ as possible. I happen to have a 12" subwoofer and sub box leaft over from my previous 240SX, so that solves the bass end of it. I am thinking of running a single 4 channel amp, and powering the 4x6's and the sub off of that...sound feasible? : Any reccomendations on affordable 4 channel amps?..I am thinking Profile...Online resources..other than crutchfield..? Please offer suggestions. Thanks.
Until I scan a pic with the new front end...
