Message	I don't think a new pump will perform any better than an old pump. Usually with electric motors they run the same speed unless something is seriously wrong with them. A well lubricated electric motor should run for a long, long, long time. Unless the fuel pump is on its way out, I'd think it would have about the same flow rate over its useful life. :I wonder what a new pump would measure?
