I sure hope that the folks at Infiniti treat their customers better than the folks at Nissan. :( I had the t-belt changed in my NA, then 2 weeks later had it done to my TT, that had about 30k miles at the time. Not only did they not wash the TT, but they didn't even vacuum it. I would have guessed that when a customer comes in driving a $35,000 FLAGSHIP, for a service that costs close to a grand, that the NISSAN DEALER would at least clean up the car. I'm not asking for a wash/detail/wax, just a bit of a touch up. I know Lexus takes care of it's customers, and I bet Infiniti does as well.
