Message	No. I called to get an update on when the car would be ready & they told me they had to order the part. I did talk to the service rep & told him that that policy is crap. He said that he understands but that was the policy. I can always let the BBB know the problem is resolved... 1 less thing for them to consider. Furthermore my intent is to get this policy stopped generally.
