So i called Nissan USA & they claim they cant do nothing "thats their policy" So i filed a complaint with BBB and sent an email to Channel 9 news investigations. The way i figure it they should be giving me a discount for not having the part in stock. Now i have to wait 2 days more to get my car. I'll talk to the service mgr. when i go to pick it up & see if he will reverse this charge.
