to charge you the shipping charges for parts not in stock? I took my car to Elmwood Nissan in NJ since I couldnt find the reason for my car constantly hesitating. According to the dealer I need an Ignition coil. They didnt have it in stock & would need to order it. They charged be $8 for shipping. Is this the custom? If it was another model car say Honda etc I could see why I should be charged but this is a Nissan @ a nissan dealership. Is it my fault that they dont have adequate parts in stock? Is'nt $82/hr bad enough? This is the first time going to a dealer so let me know if I am outa sync with reality.
