Well, over the weekend I've had a chance to hook up with PepsiRulez13 and install my BOV's on my otherwise stock 300ZX TT.

I am impressed to say the least. These BOV's sound great (the sound clips you hear online of the TurboXS RFLs on a WRX sound like ass compared to them IRL.)

A few questions to those who have them installed. Over the past two days, I've noticed a huge varying amount in the volume, ranging from loud blow-off to a very low, almost "leaking" sound. I also have a very erratic idle, and the car stalls while shifting into neutral, revs continue to drop all the way down to zero RPM. (I'm aware as to how to fix this, I have zero washers in them as we speak).

Before I'm told to search, know this. I AM NOT ASKING OF HOW TO FIX THE ABOVE PROBLEMS. I was just wondering as to why the volume of the BOV varies. I'm diving back down into the car tomorrow, to double check, but I have a feeling my install isn't 100%. At the loudest I've heard them blow off, they dont seem to be that much louder than other BOV's that I've heard. I also don't remember tightenting any grub screws on the BOVs.

Is there anything else I should take a look at while in there? BTW, my car is stuck for the most part (yes I know how to fix this too, just havent had the time), in safety boost.
