Message	here I would plead not guilty, and when they make you go to the pre-trial thing, usually you can get defered adjudication and pay a smaller fine and as long as you don't get another ticket for a certain amount of time, it won't go on your record. If that doesn't work, then I would get an attorney if you intend to fight it, and hopefully they won't screw you over. Good Luck
