when you had to fight a cop who used a photometer to catch you? Should I expect the judge to actually have those pictures available to him during the hearing or are these things not saved when the cop issues the ticket on the spot? I'm looking at a 600$ fine + 7 points next week and any advise you can give me will be taken into consideration. For the record, I actually joked around with the cop when he stopped me 'cause I was doing 115KPH in a 100 zone, I thought it would be a warning, but he caught me doing 175 somehow. Thanks,
