Message	articles on stupid redlight cameras & the *detrimental* effects they pose in past issues of SCC & in the current C&D. Revenue is the drive behind them, public safety is *not*. Check out the C&D article for sure, the redlight cam for SCC is in the November 2001 SCC I believe. Later
