Message	What kind of communist police state is that becoming? If revenue is the main point, then do you even have to be doing anything wrong to get a ticket or will they just pull you over and "find" something wrong? This seems to be an unconstitutional abuse of police power because they're giving out tickets just to make money and not to discipline people for breaking the law.
