the tire was flat-spotted. Take your wheel off and carefully inspect the tread wear all the way around and see if you can find a section that,s really worn down. I easily found it on mine. Caused by slamming the brakes and locking up the wheel thereby scaping rubber off on only a portion of the tire. That section is now flat, not round. And you can't really see the diff. Doesn't really fill the fenders much. Looks the same. And I didn't really test it out for performance. But it should help some with the wider contact patch up front. Go for it!
