Message	That 9000 dollars will be a steal. Of course ud have to do the test as well as well as have it inspected but if there was no major damage to the engine (cause when it hydrolocks, nothing moves and i could assume the only main damage was to the starter and/or that gear the starter turns) than 9000 dollars is probably the best price ur gonna find a tt z for with that low milage.
