Message Bi does mean two, but it does not mean twin.

Some cars have sequential turbo setups- a little one spools first to minimize lag, then a big one spools later for the big power. This is, by definition, a "biturbo" setup (bi meaning 2), but not a "twin" turbo setup.

Who calls their cars Biturbo besides Audi and Maserati?
